It’s now well and truly autumn, and if like me you love to celebrate when the autumnal clothes come in to shop then you have to put these on your list! If there’s any you like – click direct on the picture to check it out on asos.com!
Nights are getting longer, it’s getting colder out and the wet weather is on the way so we’re all going to be spending more time in jumpers, scarves and coats. I always love shopping for an autumnal coat but very rarely sway from my favourite classic shapes/colours. ASOS is one of my favourite places to start looking because they have so much choice. After looking and looking (and looking!) I still found my favourites were back at ASOS.com, so somehow this is now an ASOS special! So it’s 2015 are you keeping it classic, switching it up or going bold to end the year?
This coat is so cute, the two green textures give it a nice edge but keep it classic a
nd wearable throughout autumn and winter. As a bonus the hape gives you all the room for extra layers of jumpers and scarves. At only £95 (and down to £76 at the mo!) from Warehouse (also found on ASOS) it’s a solid investment.

Knee length coats are oh-so a thing again. Not only is this coat on trend but it is in the warmest and most popular autumnal colour which has been making an appearance year after year. Bringing that 60s feel for only £65 is a no brainer and it’s straight from the ASOS collection.
If you have the confidence to stick some swanky leather boots on and strut down the road in this coat then you deserve a big high-5 because this coat is so fabulous. The mixture of the tan colours with the fur trim is gorgeous and then there’s the shape! Oh my this coat gets 10/10 from me. It’s a big investment at £200 but it is a bold item in the ASOS collection and a great autumn piece.
If you’re like me then you’ll love to fashion a coat with a nice big chunky scarf. Just like the coats i’ve named my personal favourites this autumn and for me autumn is all about earthy colours – tans, browns, burgundies and forest greens.
Fur scarves are getting stronger and there’s so much good quality faux fur nowadays that it’s possible to create any look for a much more attractive price. If the tan coat listed above is your sort of look but you’re not too keen on the price you can easily fashion a coat with any of the gorgeous faux fur scarves below.
